We are One

Each Day is a Lifetime

Each day is a Lifetime.  In the morning you are born anew and each night as you sleep you die.  Perhaps this is why children are so reluctant to sleep.  Of course sleeping is nothing to be afraid of as we return home each night within our dreams.  It does however; end the life expressions of that day.

To more fully understand what I speak of a few things must be understood.  The first and most important is this world you experience is not “real” as most understand real.  It is not an independent reality separate and self-sustaining.  It is instead a dream world much like what is described in the movie, “The Matrix”.  It is real in your mind, but not in reality.  You are the architect!  When you sleep and dream the next day is created!  Yes, you do dream, whether you remember it or not!  The translation from dream world to waking world is not literal either, unless it is.  Most of the time our dreams are in code, and to confirm you are on the right track we sometimes experience “déjà vu”.  Or sometimes it is merely a feeling of synchronicity.  Pay attention to the details!  Those little intuitions, gut feelings, and/or warm sensations are guidance within the waking dream.

Getting back to our focus here, life is relative… everything is relative to time and space.  What I offer here is perspective!  It can wake you to new possibilities and new enriching experiences.  Go to this calculator to find the numbers of days since you were born.  This is the number of lifetimes you have experienced in this cycle (incarnation).  Remember, life is eternal, no one ever dies, they just change form… exit stage left… move on to their next incarnation.

How you proceed from here is up to you.  This info could simply be a fun fact to forget or it could be a tool to expand your experience of this world we experience as “terrains/ humans/ earthlings”.   Consider the gift life is and remain curious by exploring the world around you, but do not get too attached… it will soon be over and the next adventure will be upon you!

The question of cycles may have arisen in your mind.  Yes, life does move in cycles and each day/lifetime creates a polarity which attracts the next day… an object in motion tends to stay in motion!  Changing course requires great effort and intention.  The time it takes depends on your understanding of the process.  The bigger the relative change the more time required, but I digress.

Perhaps you have further questions which were stirred up here in this blog, I am happy to answer as best I can, or you can simply ask Holy Spirit directly.  The answers to all your questions are just a whisper away!

Who Are You?

Identity is an important aspect of human life for several reasons.  It is how we all relate to one another and the world around us, it is how we discover our self, and it is how we discover God.  I am not sure we ever really “know” God, especially in one human lifetime.  Unity in Gender Diversity is a website that celebrates this journey of self discovery from the perspective of one individual.

UGD has two main parts, the Gender Learning Center and the Spiritual Learning Center.  Each explores an important aspect of what I call the Journey of Love, which is really a journey to discover the self, God and all that is.  Along this journey identity changes and evolves to the point where deep insights are discovered.  It really never stops though and when this lifetime ends another one begins and the process is repeated in a slightly different way.  Some say that when you lay down at night you die and are reborn the next day in a slightly different way.  I have this experience often, so maybe I can say I have lived many lifetimes within this one lifetime, maybe we can all say this!

I love the infinite expressions of life that constantly shift and change, but in essence never change.  No matter what you identify with, be it an object, animal, or person, the core essence never changes.  Thus the saying, As much as things change, they stay the same.  Meaning all things are Unified as One in infinite variety.

In essence we are all made of the same thing and this includes everything you can sense around you, the people you meet, the chair you sit on, the food you eat, the stars you see in the sky, the ground you walk upon, everything!  Carl Sagan called it “Star Stuff”, Plato called it “Aether” and Aristotle called it the “Fifth Element”.  (Wikipedia.org)

This knowing can make your life both interesting and fulfilling.  Since all things are of the same source, no harm can really take place.  Things appear to change all the time, the experience is constant change!  This is the way it was meant to be.  This is how the source discovers itself!  All that I am not, leads to what I am.

The Journey then is “notness”.  It is being what you are not so that you can truly experience who you are!  I pray this means something to you, if need be please read over the website and discover who you are not.

Ok, I will spill the beans right here… all that you can see, touch, taste, hear, and smell is NOT who you are.  You are not your pet cat, your favorite Barbie doll, or even your car,  nor are you, your name, a man, blonde, short, stupid, wealthy, etc…  At some point you will identify with just about everything that crosses your path in this life… it is NOT who you are.

Birth, The Ultimate Transition

The ultimate Transition is the first 9 months of your life.  I have often wondered why we celebrate our birthday when the Big Day is conception.  I figure it is simple logistics, we often do not know when we were conceived, however our birth is a clear cut event which we can document.  So we are having Birthday parties every year instead of Conception Parties.

Let’s take a closer look at Birth.  Our soul groups have a party in heaven or wherever you believe our souls reside before we are born to decide on where, who, and what experiences we need in the next lifetime.  We choose our parents, siblings, children and our role in life.  We also choose a purpose or lesson to experience during our lifetime.  All of this is done before we are born and I must recommend a great book on this topic by Thomas Youngholm, The Celestial Bar Food & Spirits: A Spiritual Journey

Your parents meet and follow their destinies.  In that moment of impassioned union where their two souls join as one your spirit enters this world in one fell swoop of compassion!  This union is sacred and has opened the door for another blessed soul to enter this world, so I ask you what is not to be celebrated about this?

For 9 months your Human body develops and grows following the path that was agreed upon in the time before time.  Slowly but surely you develop into the person you are destine to be.  Your Mother carries you and gives you all the love you need to be the person you have chosen to be.  And then comes the day of your arrival to the greater world of life on earth.

Birth is a painful process for both the mother and the child, although they both have angels who are assisting the momentous event.  Depending on how each person in the process views the birth is how they experience it.  We are thrust out into a cold cruel world crying from the shock of it all and spanked right away “to assist breathing”.  Only later being wrapped in a blue or pink blanket depending on what appears between your legs.  Or We are pulled into a warm loving world.  Birthed in a warm water bath and quickly tucked into a warm neutral colored blanket and cradled by both Mom and Dad who give you a loving welcome to this world.

There is no doubting that the first 9 months of our lives are the most dramatic transformative events in our journeys here on earth beginning in passion and moving through pain and glory off and on for the entirety.  Celebrate each milestone with equal Joy and vigor.  Change is good   😉  Sequoia Elisabeth
