We are One

Christ Mas 2022

A last-minute inspiration moved me to repost this blog from 2012: Our favorite time of year is upon us again, especially if you are a youngster or still feel so. It is a time of giving, sharing, and togetherness. This does not require family, but it does require a willing to give of self. It is easy to find those who need love through simple acknowledgement and/or attention. A small gift of time or material substance is all it takes to let them know they are important. To move beyond this point let us look deeper to the heart of the holiday.

This is the time of year when we are reminded of Christ consciousness and its relationship to our lives. The very word itself is an indication of what this season is all about. Christ in metaphysical terms means centered or anointed one. The word “mas” in Spanish means “more”. So thus, we have it in simple terms. This season is about getting more centered or literally, centered more and the word “anoint” means to dedicate to the service of God or in other words, to make sacred and whole.

The ceremony (Christmas eve/Christmas morning) is a way of connecting to Spirit and setting intentions. It is an acknowledgment of Oneness with God (Great Spirit, Universal Oneness, Goddess, etc). The symbology is important this season because when you share gifts it is a way of saying to the recipient, “you are sacred to me”. On Christmas morning you are anointing those you love with gifts. The actual item is far less important than the Loving intention (Christ consciousness) that goes into the gift. The gift is in the giving!

When thought of in this manner the Spirit of Christ Mas is brought to life! This year when you are sitting around the tree (yule log, menorah, or whatever) and sharing gifts, share also the Christ Consciousness. In short, move outside yourself (ego mind) and connect with the One (God) which is present in each person in your life.

This is how Santa delivers millions of presents all in one night! Through Christ Consciousness the Spirit works through each of us!! May you be Blessed this season.

Distraction

Change is how the ego mind distracts us from what really matters, Holy Spirit or simply Spirit. This is why they say, “be still and know God” or “Silence is the door to Heaven”. Meditation works to quiet the mind when one sticks to it and makes it a daily practice. It need not be a long time either. It does require mindfulness and intention. Faith enters the picture when it comes to maintaining this practice.

Our purpose here is not to ‘fuel the fire’ so to speak by focusing on change; either by encouraging it or by denying it. Where you place your energy and your thoughts guides your future. Much of life is destiny, though we do have choice in our path. The key is to learn to listen to His guidance and not confuse the ego mind with it. Change is neither good nor bad, lest thinking make it so. Keep moving forward! Don’t apologize for taking an action which feels right to you, yet yields and unexpected result. We are our own worst enemies. Be Kind, both to yourself and to others.

Ego mind leads us to do things which harms others or our self. Spirit, being love itself, knows nothing of pain, harm, or suffering. What is difficult for most of us is to remain focused on service to others even while feeling ego thoughts. Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. Why is this true? Because it comes down to choice. A pebble in your shoe is painful, not removing it is suffering.

Recently I had a dream where these words came to me. “No Joy: Another goose wins the day.” No Joy meaning: In military aviation, a term indicating that no visual confirmation of another aircraft (especially an enemy) has yet been made; no information available at this time. Wild Goose Chase: A prolonged or chaotic search for something that is difficult to find (often because it does not exist). And a worthless hunt or chase; a futile pursuit. So, to me this means Life is a wild goose chase which brings us No Joy. Through my spiritual practice, I know Joy exists always, just as Love does. We don’t find it because we are looking for it in the wrong place, out there! The world around us does not hold any real answers. The answers lay within.

My eBook Livin’ Large, has a chapter on what Love is, actually the chapter is a poem. Please give it a look/see. It is available free online, OnenessMinistry.info. Having been through two divorces, I can honestly say, Love exists everywhere, all the time. By learning what love is not, one can see it at will. In both these relationships, I felt deep love, though it only surfaced occasionally. I still love them, because God loves them, and we are One. Just because you love someone, doesn’t mean you have to live with them! Do you live with your parents? Siblings? At some point we all must go out in the world and learn what love is not and thus what it is. Blessings on your Journey of Love!

What I Believe

The world happens through you not to you. It is a projection from your own mind. I believe in Karma or what comes around goes around. Said another way, “What you give, you receive”. So working from this imagine a foam upon the sea. This foam is made up of tiny bubbles and each of us is one of the bubbles. We can experience only what is within our bubble. If you think about this you’ll see what I speak of. When you look out into the world do you see yourself surrounded by a box or triangle? No. We see in circles or more accurately spheres. Just like Earth is a sphere so are we! Imagination allows us to see further, but this is not our “reality”. As we all learn early on, imagination is fantasy. It is also the tool we use to expand and move within our bubble.

Perhaps you have been told to look within and know thy self. The world outside your bubble is not you it is other self or simply other. The sea represents All there is or as many call it, God. The foam is temporary, coming and going with the tides. When our bubble breaks it rejoins the sea no worse the wear. So when I go with the flow… I take that quite literally. My bubble is mine and yours is yours, we cannot know each others bubble. This is the essence of ego mind. What I describe here is ego mind. There are two minds in a dualistic world, Ego and God or Spirit. If you wonder about the soul it is part of the ego mind, not God. The ego mind believes it is separate from God, but it is just a foam on the sea. Not separate at all. Any individual identity is of the ego, a bubble of foam. Since the Universe is a large place our bubbles can be quite large in relation to Earth or they can be as tiny as the room you occupy. It is still just a bubble. We each have a choice to make in this life. Are we the bubble or the sea? The choice arises often and the more we choose the sea the closer our experience moves in that direction. Ultimately though we all return to the sea since this is all there is, but not until we choose it (The Law of One/Free Will). The good news is we are One and Jesus (I am) has already chosen the sea.

Frog Spirit

A reposting of the following article:

Frog Spirit Animal

By Elena Harris, SpiritAnimal.info Editor

frog totem

The frog as spirit animal or totem reminds us of the transient nature of our lives. As symbol of transition and transformation, this spirit animal supports us in times of change. Strongly associated with the water element, it connects us with the world of emotions and feminine energies, as well as the process of cleansing, whether it’s physical, emotional, or more spiritual or energetic.

Frog Symbolism

The symbolism of the frog appears in many traditions around the globe. This animal is generally associated with the water element and its cleansing attributes. The frog is symbolic of:

  • Cleansing
  • Renewal, rebirth
  • Fertility, abundance
  • Transformation, metamorphosis
  • Life mysteries and ancient wisdom

The frog totem, symbolic of cleansing

It is said that the frog is symbolic of the cleansing. You can call on the frog spirit to support you in clearing negativity and “toxic” energies. The frog being associated with water, it may be a good spirit animal to call for emotional release.

Perhaps it indicates you need to “detoxify and take care of your health differently. Or it encourages you to release your emotions or carefully at how you spend your energy in relationship to others or some matters of concern in your life.

Cleansing might also mean that the frog spirit animal inspires you to renew your perspective or vision. If the frog shows up in your life as a spirit guide, it may encourage you to clear old opinions and beliefs to adopt a new stance or perspective.

The frog spirit animal and rebirth

The frog totem symbolizes the cycles of life, in particular the rebirth stage. Its own journey through life, from tadpole to the adult state, reminds us of the many cycles of transformation and rebirth in our lives.

The symbolism of the frog as animal associated with birth and rebirth can be traced in Ancient Egypt, Ancient Rome and other cultures from antiquity. The frog was a popular symbol for fertility, as well as rebirth or resurrection. For example, in the Ancient Egypt mythology, the frog was associated with resurrection; the Roman Venus, goddess of Love, was often depicted with a frog.

The frog, symbol of transformation

The frog is an amphibian and goes easily from water to earth during its life. By extension, it has been often revered as a symbol of transition. If you see the frog as your animal totem or spirit guide, you may be called to experience change in your life. Those changes might be with regards to how you lead your life and can also be of spiritual nature.

Call on the frog spirit animal to guide you through times of transition and help you smoothly go from one state to the next. It will support your transformation or metamorphosis in a subtle yet powerful way.

The frog spirit, mystery and magic

The ability to go from water to earth is characteristic of the frog. Those who have the frog as a spirit animal or totem might be inclined to walk between planes, whether they are physical, spiritual or emotional, and enjoy playing with the magic of life and nature.

This animal being active at night, it is often seen as the favorite animal of the arts of the dark and witchcraft. By extension, this totem animal is associated with life mysteries and familiarity with the unknown.

The frog totem and the affinity with the water element

In the Native American tradition, the frog is often seen as a rain maker. Many shamanic traditions call the frog in connection to the rain and to control the weather patterns.

Since the frog is strongly associated with the water where she spend a lot of her life, this spirit animal is also connected to moon energy and the moon goddess. The fact that it’s active at night reinforces this association. For those who feel an affinity with the frog as personal totem, you may be at ease with the world of intuition, feminine energies, and the magic of nature and the elements.

Fate or No

Fate or no fate? This is the question.  Just how much “choice” do you have in your life?  If you believe all the New Age prophets and teachers it is all up to you.  Everything in life is your choice.  So if you have been following my blog you’ll know I love to question reality.  At this point in my life I have had enough experience to really compare and contrast events, to test theories, and to come to my own conclusions.  So let me share my conclusion on Fate.

First let me tell you an abbreviated story of my youth.  I am tall, always have been, so in elementary school I was adult size as a child.  This excited the basketball coach who was quite zealous in recruiting me for his team.  I tried it and hated it.  I come from a family of non-athletes.  It was not something that interested me.  But this decision was not up to me or even my parents.  The coach quite literally forced me to play thru fear and guilt, so I played and thus began that phase of my life, which did not end till after dropping out of college two years early.  Looking back on it, many good things came from my suffering, so there are no regrets, but the question still remains. Is this fate?

This story has repeated a few times in my life now, so this has led to this blog.  Who is making these decisions that vastly affect my life?  Is it the animal human me or some higher Spiritual me?  Or is it someone else entirely?  Who is “I”?

The answer will surprise some, but many who read my blog know exactly where this is going.  The “I” who makes these decisions is not the person living this little life here on Earth, but the Higher Spiritual Self (HSS) who exists beyond this world.  If you think about it, nothing else makes sense.  Not even the Distant God idea that so many religions teach.

The fact is we exist on many levels and each corresponds to the Chakras.  The beings on Earth exist on the lower levels, the first three chakras.  Our HSS exists somewhere else, but still connected here.  The HSS corresponds to the higher three chakras and the 4th or center chakra is the connection point between the two which make up the human body.  There are higher chakras but do not apply to this discussion, unless they do, so suffice it to say I will not be discussing these.

The way Stephen Davis describes it is we are the (i) little and the HSS is the (I) big.  Eckhart Tolle describes it as the ego vs. the Spirit.  Many advanced teachers describe this in various ways and once you grasp it this is easy to see.  Going back now to our original question.

It is the (I) Big who really chooses our path.  The (i) little is the one who experiences it and either accepts it (making the path smoother) or resists it (making the path painful).  So the moral to the story is simple, ‘Resistance is Futile’ and ‘What you resist persists’! Resistance is also what makes life painful. Acceptance has really been my topic these last few blogs and for good reason.  While many have been opening up and accepting their fate, many have not (thus the riots and unrest).

A good place to end this blog is a heart centered meditation.  Remember the heart chakra is where and how the two connect.  When the heart is open everything flows in harmony because the (i) little is communicating with the (I).  For more on this meditation please check out http://sequoiablessed.info/page70.  With some focus and practice the heart is opened and harmony takes over your life.  A big part of life is learning to trust the (I) big, know that it is love, and will never hurt you or put you in harm’s way.

Love n Light,

Sequoia Elisabeth 🙂

Divine Ego Revisited

I am going on a road trip so it will be a week before I can post another blog, please enjoy this blog, read through the others and share with your friends and family.  YOU are Loved ♥

Murder, war, disaster, scandal, political games, and gossip are indeed entertaining.  They might even make for good movie material, but do you really want those things in your life?  What you focus on grows…. One of the things that makes this 2012 era so amazing is the shift in consciousness and the opportunity to move beyond these ego based activities.  Remember, nothing is good or bad lest you make it so.

Spirit works at a whole different level of energy than ego does.  And one of your greatest challenges is knowing the difference!  Making a clear choice is sometimes difficult because you do not understand the ego, separation mindedness, often feels very good.  Think of five things you enjoy doing that bring you pleasure.  For me it is TV, Movies (at a theatre), Good Food, Warm Comfortable Clothing, and Sex.  Each of these can be a source of ego or Spirit depending on the energy I bring to the experience. (Divine Love)

Knowing the difference is not really that difficult.  Keep it simple!  Ego is all about separation, while Spirit (Divine Love) is about Unity.  If the experience creates Unity, then it is sourced by Spirit and lifts you up.  The feeling it brings is peaceful, serene, and joyful.  Ego on the other hand creates separation.  The feeling can be good, elating, and powerful or painful, boring, and lonely; however, the end result brings you and those around you – down.  Sort of like, “what goes up must come down.”  Can you think of an example?

Take TV or Movies for instance.  The whole family can gather in the evening to share in entertainment, Unity!  The family can each enjoy the experience on their own level and share the Love which makes up a family, or they can force their opinions and viewpoints about the experience on the rest of the family creating separation.  Or take sex as an example, the experience can be all about the pleasure and your partner is simply a means to an end or it can be a joining of souls for the mutual experience of Divine connection!

“A Course in Miracles” and books written to explain it are a great source of wisdom concerning the concept I present here today.  I highly recommend you take the course, it will tell you at the beginning that it is a required course.  If you have difficulty with the course, then try some of the other books written about it, like Marianne Williamson’s “A return to Love” or Gary Renard’s “Disappearance of the Universe”.  I know there are many more books as well, like “The Voice for Love” by David Paul and Candace Doyle which is one of the best I have read.  “A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle is very good at explaining ego, so you may give it a read as well.

Once these concepts are internalized and expressed, life will take on new meaning and value for you.  Colors will be more vivid and relationships will be more fulfilling.  Miracles are a daily experience and if you are not experiencing this then maybe it is time to wake up and re-align.

Humility Part Two

St. Francis teaches that humility is the path to God.  Jesus teaches that humility honors your Father.  I am passing this message on in my own words.  First let us look at the life of St. Francis.  He continually put himself in situations that would embarrass most people to tears and he thrived on it.  Why?

He used this gift to put his life into perspective and keep his ego mind in check.  Humility is a great tool to cope with the demands of ego mind.  In this world of bigger, better, and more you are constantly pressured to conform to ego demands.  It comes from all directions, every person you know, including yourself, or at least your ego self!  If you don’t understand the difference between ego and Spirit, then I suggest you do some research.  I have talked much about this myself.  A Course in Miracles is the best explanation I have found and many ACIM teachers teach this difference in ego and Spirit.  I am not speaking of ego in the Freudian sense of personality.  I speak of ego as the man made part of you, and it includes all things in this material world.  The Spiritual part of you cannot be seen and this is the part to which Humility directs you.

Examples of how St. Francis used humility are his frequent trips to town to beg for alms.  He would stand in town center and sing or dance, sometimes giving speeches, but all the time drawing attention.  Many people thought he was crazy, but most saw the innocence that made up his being and gave to him all that he needed.  He made profound statements without uttering a word, like the time he denounced his claim to family inheritance.  He came from one of the riches families of the day.  His father was a textile merchant and well to do business man.  He was embarrassed by all the fame and attention that this lifestyle afforded him, because he saw the poor and knew they needed it more than he.  In front of the entire congregation at church he removed the wealth his father had bestowed upon him and gave it to his father walking completely naked from the church never to step foot in that world again, at least as one of them.  This symbolizes his choice of Spirit over the ego, nothing more.  This is what humility does!  It is a declaration of Spirit instead of ego.

Jesus taught humility everywhere he went. He would always put himself in the physically lowest position in every situation.  He stood below in order to lift up.  He allowed himself to be put in the lowest of positions, that of being crucified.  He carried his own cross, meaning he chose this path, and he allowed the crucifixion because he knew that to humble himself before God is a demonstration of choice.  This was his way of choosing God over ego.  He did not fight with ego, represented by the authorities of the day, because he knew what true power is.  Ego has no power unless you give it by your actions.  Each choice you make is a demonstration of either Spirit or ego.  Humility is one path that all faiths teach at some level, so I am not saying it is the only path or the best.  That is up to you to Choose!

Embarrassment

Most people do not think of embarrassment as a tool for spiritual growth, however I am here to tell you that it is one of the best tools we can use.  The fact is that it works quite automatically and takes little effort.  So for all you people who avoid embarrassment at all costs I just want to make you aware of what you are missing.

“Embarrassment is an emotional state experienced upon having a socially or professionally unacceptable act or condition witnessed by or revealed to others. Usually some amount of loss of honour or dignity is involved, but how much and the type depends on the embarrassing situation.” (Wikipedia 2010) An important distinction that separates this from shame is that no moral code has been broken.  So what is happening in our mind when something embarrassing happens?

As the definition states it is an emotional response and anything happening in the mind is secondary.  Our thoughts about the embarrassing event can be changed or to be more accurate our thoughts can be chosen.  We will have the emotional response no matter what because that is part of the very definition; however, how we then react to that emotional feeling is a choice.  So let’s look at some of the choices we have and why we would choose them.

Behind all thoughts we have our ego mind which is the driving force that judges and condemns all actions whether by us or them.  The ego mind says that this embarrassing act is awful and then points out all the ways that it could be awful.  We also have the Spiritual mind or the aspect that connects us to the One and to each other.  Ego separates and Spirit unites.  The Spirit mind does not judge anything or anyone.  Instead it simply observes and looks for the good within what just happened.  It is the part of you that despite the message from ego, laughs at the event and finds Joy.

The choice then is do you listen to the ego which is telling you embarrassment is bad and undesirable or do you listen to the Spirit mind that is showing you the Joy?  Saint Francis often used the tool of embarrassment to bring him closer to God and he did it on purpose.  For instance when he made the move to a secular life he renounced his association with the material world in a public display of returning all he owned to his father including the clothing he was wearing and walked away totally naked.  For most people this would be unbearable embarrassment, but for him it feed his soul.  When you read about his life you will find many instances where he or another monk would do something most would find embarrassing on purpose.

Embarrassment is a way of moving beyond the ego mind which often controls most people.  This then frees the Spirit to guide our actions.  The choice is constantly being made, so do you listen to your ego or to Spirit?  Embarrassment is a tool that automatically takes you to your Spirit mind once you have made the choice to allow it.  See that embarrassment is simply a choice and that often times it is funny and you can laugh along with everyone else!  The feeling of freedom that comes from this action will far outweigh any difficult emotions that may come with the ego mind.  It will take a few practice runs to get comfortable with it, so do not be discouraged.  Let go, Listen and Love.

Spiritually Evolved Beings

Transitions come in many forms and take us in many directions.  Ultimately transitions are about growth; Spiritual Growth.   Each of us is on a journey here on earth to experience this Spiritual Growth in myriad ways.  Our gifts are in that we each have our own view point or perspective on this journey.  Some people are taking the scenic view so to speak and others are on the fast track!

Personally I feel like the Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, or Transgender person is taking the fast track and let me share with you why I feel that way.  Our physical body is simply an expression of our Spirit self and our Spirit has no gender or sex, so as we evolve toward our true being the sexual self or gender expression is moving beyond any limits we have set for ourselves.   The message in this is one of great joy since we are growing as a race of humans into Spiritually Evolved Beings.  As we let go of any limitations we may have surrounding how we can act, what we can do, or where we can express ourselves the Spirit is freed to reveal its true nature.

As a Spiritual leader I feel it is my responsibility to share with you where we are headed and to share my vision of that journey.  It is up to you whether you are willing to walk the path to enlightenment.  I am not saying that I am enlightened, only that I see a path and I am willing to walk it.  This path involves letting go of any stereotypes, prejudices, or habits you may have and allowing your Spirit to completely express through you.  The specifics do not matter to anyone but yourself, so enjoy them and be not concerned with what others might say, think or do.

I am seeing a world of infinite possibilities where we each live in our own personal paradise, while sharing with others and in others personal paradises at the same time.  Call it duplicity, parallel universes or whatever you may wish to call it, but with no limits or time anything truly is possible.

Are you living in a loving world or a hostile one?  Be careful what you say, as each word is a prayer which is being created as you speak.  Take a minute to relax, don’t be in such a hurry to finish reading this so you can blast on to the next blog or get to work or whatever it is that you feel is so important.  Nothing is more important than this!

Now, hold a vision of your perfect world in your mind’s eye.  Feel the Joy of living in this world and being your true self whatever that may be.  We have had many television programs and movies to offer visions, so if one of them suits you then think about that.  Often these futuristic programs were merely mechanism to show us what is lacking in our own world, so let go of any judgment you may hold about any particular aspect and simply focus on the parts you desire to experience.  Piece the picture together using elements of many different visions or images you have come across that resonate with you.

Sit with this image now and burn this into your memory.  Think about it often, write about it, speak about it, share it with your friends over and over till they tire of it.  Do not give it away, but share it and do not allow anyone to make judgments about it either.  If someone says something in an effort to step on your dreams simply smile and say “you live your dreams and I will live mine”!

We are ONE

My message is simple. We are all One and are growing closer each day. Have you felt that connection lately that just made you smile and feel all warm inside? It can be as simple as a familiar smell or taste that just makes you say, ”ahhhh, I love this”. Often it happens when we are talking to a friend or loved one, but it can also happen when you least expect it. I met a man a few weeks ago at a memorial service for the first time and the way he looked me in the eye and the feeling I got struck me straight to my soul, pass the heart and collect 2 million dollars! It is not likely I will ever forget that look and the feeling I felt, names on the other hand are a different matter, lol. I know Love when I feel it and this was the Love of Great Spirit or Holy Spirit without any doubt. Once you understand this feeling it is unmistakable and incredibly enjoyable.

As the course in miracles says, miracles are a daily event when you are connected to Holy Spirit and this is one way to know if you are connected. We are constantly getting feedback from Spirit letting us know if we are on the path or not. If it feels good, then yes you are on the right path. If it feels bad or makes you sick, or tired then no you are not on the right path. Life really is simple.

One of the concepts I have been playing with lately is Unity in Diversity, so let me share what I have come up with. The experience of oneness is at the core of this Unity and it is experienced through each person in their own unique perspective. For example, if there are 100,000 people at a concert all enjoy this awesome musical event, each person will have a different experience of the same event at the same time. This is Unity in Diversity to me. Or take a common procedure that many people experience in their lifetime like getting your teeth cleaned at the dentist, we all are experiencing the same event in different ways and while we can each relate to this experience we are each having slightly different experiences with it. Why else would there be 7+billion people in the world, if not to have 7+billion different experiences? Now I am speaking of the One mind, let me explain that even though we are each individuals we are all using the One mind, the mind of God. I can see this is getting a bit long, so we will continue with this concept of oneness on the next blog.  Sequoia Elisabeth

What is Love?

As I was sitting alone at the dinner table it struck me that this could be interpreted as uncaring or unloving to be sitting alone while my partner sits in the other room watching the boob tube.  I could be watching the TV with them.  So why wasn’t I and can Love still exist in this environment? What is the nature of Love anyway?

The nature of Spirit is unfeeling and matter of fact Universal Law.  Spirit is also the embodiment of Love.  Yes, Spirit is Love and Love is Spirit, so how can something that we think of as a caring feeling, Love, be unfeeling and matter of fact?  I would venture to say that only those who have been or are in a relationship with someone they Love deeply can understand this.

For the longest time I tried to understand this feeling of Love.  I did not understand it or even know what it is.  Many people think they know what it is and many feel it and have no idea what they are feeling.  The ego mind wants to divide Love into various parts making each part different, better or worse.  It says that Love for a child is different from Love for a spouse or Love for a pet and on the level of ego they are, but when you are able to experience Love on a Spiritual level you realize that Love is Love, equal in measure and intensity for all beings and all things!  Love is Spirit itself or if you prefer, Love is God.  Each relationship we have exists on two levels either ego mind or Spirit/God.   Be that relationship with our pet dog, loving spouse, or work supervisor.

So as we sit alone at the dinner table our ego is separating us from our Loved one for whatever reason it chooses (which will seem very valid at the time).  The Spirit will not judge the circumstances at all and will simply observe the flavor of the food we eat, the smell of the fresh produce and notice the objects in the room never even questioning the Love that exists between you and your Loved one.   Love is and cannot ever, not be!  So the next time you question the Love you feel, fear not because Love will never abandon you!  Although you may abandon Love….  Just so you are aware of what Love is I am including a poem I wrote a few years ago.  This poem is in my eBook “Livin’ Large – A Journey of Love” which can be purchased at BlessedAwareness.org.

Love Is, a Poem

Love is not exclusive, but Inclusive

Love is not painful, but the Highest JOY

Love is never lost, but exists always

Love is not changing, but constant

Love is not different, but the same at all levels

Love is not wrong, but the answer

Love is Universal!

Love exists regardless of what is happening in your life, in fact

Love exists regardless of your life

Love is something you can share, but cannot prevent another from experiencing, only yourself

Love is the only thing you have more of when you give it away

Love is a feeling, an emotion, an experience, and so much more

Love is life itself

Love is a way of life

Love is an acceptance of all that comes your way

Love is an expression of WHO YOU ARE, who we all are

I AM THAT, I AM
