We Are One Consciousness

Transition as we know affects each of us in our own personal ways, so today I would like to look at this a little closer and point out the similarities of Human growth. Transition is really a Universal Consciousness phenomenon. While you may have very intimate personal experiences in your life, you are not alone in these experiences!

Everything your senses sense are recorded in the Akashic records for later soul review (after life review) and these experiences are linked to the greater race consciousness and Universal consciousness as well. So thoughts and experiences can be shared. Each chakra represents a level of consciousness and you may not be aware of all 12 at this time, however there are many more things in heaven and earth….

This sounds complex and indeed it is. It is also a miraculous process as well. Take gender transition for example, modern science as told us that the brain is wired female, while the body is constructed male (or vice versa) and this is the cause behind the human experience of being Transgender. I submit that this is a gross oversimplification of a multi-dimensional phenomenon. The dysphoria runs much deeper than gender or even sex. From my experience it is something that spans many dimensional levels and not just one chakra level (gender/sex is the second chakra).

We have all been experiencing changes in life over the past few decades and in fact the entire Universe is experiencing these energetic shifts. It is a proven fact that every planet in our solar system is experiencing global warming for instance. Everyone I know is experiencing some sort of transition and some are experiencing multiple transitions! By transition I mean major change in your life. This can be change of career, moving to a new country, sex change, relationship changes, health changes, etc.

Now it is true that life here on earth is all about change, however I venture to say that these are affecting more of us than ever at one time, thus proving the inter-connection of everyone on earth. What you do effects everyone else at some level and when we work together for a certain change, like Occupy Wall Street, or World Peace. The change is even more rapid and profound. Know that by embracing your life’s purpose or calling you empower others. Just the simply act of following your dreams opens countless doors! As you say YES, it echoes throughout the land (conscious mind). We are One.

Only The Shadow Knows

When was the last time you took a really close look at your shadow? Have you ever considered why we have shadows? There is the obvious physical reason of an object blocking the light so a dark outline of the object is projected in relation to the light source, but have you considered the metaphysical reasons or symbology that shadows represent?

The shadow represents the dark side of life, the mysterious and unknown. Humans are naturally frightened by this and for good reason. Everyone knows that creatures lurk in the dark waiting to consume you! Carnivorous animals hunt at night because pray is easy to take. …Of course this is a barbaric notion that served us many centuries ago, but in this age of enlightenment how do shadows figure in?

To understand shadows fully you need to understand your ego mind. This is the part of you that believes in separation and in order to prove its existence it is constantly showing you how bad things are, how people die and that death exists. The ego mind is your “small self” the part of you that is fearful and afraid.

While this does serve you in this dualistic world, it is not really you. The ego is a manifestation of this 3d low vibration material world. The world of illusion, fear, and separation! Halloween and Dia de la Muerta are holidays that exploit and celebrate the ego mind. It is a part of the Human ritual and a rite of passage if you will. Our journey here on Earth is to navigate the shadows and emerge the other side in the light. The shadows can lead the way if you know how to follow them.

On a more Metaphysical side of it shadow represents your negative traits; parts of your personality that you do not like and do not wish to deal with. They are aspects of you that are deeply suppressed. The shadow is still a part of you in this world just like the yin and yang; the dark and light that which makes up the whole. In order to know the light one must embrace the darkness!

To do this takes Courage, Patience, Wisdom, Certainty, Compassion, Joy, Clarity, Understanding, Depth, Generosity, Abundance and Agape. Each is a step into the darkness till pure light is achieved at Agape.

Think of a Labyrinth, where the turns are folding back on themselves and the path is dimly lit. It is the shadows that show the way, because as you follow the shadows the source light is behind the shadow. Each step takes you closer to the light. Till you reach the center to discover that you must return to the outer edge to fully be in the light. Each discovery, insight, and revelation brings more light to the path till it is unmistakable which direction to go. It then becomes an exercise in determination and persistence, putting one foot in front of the other experiencing each attribute on the path fully till the next one pops up and spurs you on.

Shadow work is so important in Spiritual development that many psychology programs are teaching it now and any self-help lesson is incomplete without it. Next time I will get more specific and practical with this two part discussion on Shadows.

All Death Is Suicide

Musing about a recent death in my life, I came across the following quotes which shine a most illuminating light on things. Just so you know, a dear friend that I worked and played with has left this earth plane by way of car accident (official designation). It is my belief that she left by choice in a method agreeable by most she knew. I find it strange that to die by “accident” is unavoidable but to die by suicide is sinful and unacceptable. These beliefs serve a purpose of course, because they help us to make it through tough times when it is so easy to just end it. Love is the answer, everything else are just excuses. Consider the following quotes and make up your own mind.

“There is no such thing as an accident; everything that happens to you in every moment of every day is an exact vibrational match (thanks to the Law of Attraction) to the dominant thoughts you are thinking.

No exceptions, ever.

And, just to really throw the cat among the pigeons (as the saying goes), here’s one of Abraham’s most controversial (but completely true) sayings…

All death is suicide.

…which is a natural conclusion anyway if there is no such thing as an accident.” Stingray

It seems that everything is a choice, even death! This goes right down to the color of your eyes and your genetic structure. Not that all choice is conscious. These choices were made before you were born and through thoughts, words and actions taken by you.

“However, the fear of death is unnecessary. The truth is that all death is suicide. At its core, everything is a choice. There is an awakening occurring on the planet for those who are paying attention in which we are realizing how much choice we actually have in the creation of our reality. As we accept our power we must let go of the desire to be accepted or understood by those who are stuck in mainstream thought. This willingness to transcend the fears of others and become a pioneer is crucial to personal evolution.

In life, a central challenge is to let go of the idea that your body is decaying with time. It is not. It is actually recreating itself constantly.” Unification.com

“In the Conversations with God Series by Neale Donald Walsh, God says that all death is suicide, and it is just a matter of whether we want to do it quickly, or over time with eating bad food, breathing polluted air, smoking, drinking etc. If someone is in pain, God does not want one to suffer, and does not blame someone for leaving their body quickly. If someone was to love you so much they would understand that, to keep you is selfish, everyone is sad when someone dies, not because so much they think something bad happened to them, but they cry for themselves, that what they want is no longer with them. Take this story for instance I was so in love with this guy, we lived together for a year, but I noticed he would go in the bedroom all sad and close the door sometimes. I found out he was looking at pictures of his kids he loved so much and his wife he was still in love with. I planned it out and talked him into moving to the city where his children and ex lived, and when we got there I said this is where I drop you off, I am moving on. I loved him enough to let him go and try to work things out with his wife and to be there for his children. Now, that is love.” Kathy Miller

Remember that every thought, word and action leads to your experience in this world and ultimately to your fate. We are guided by higher powers, no matter how you think of them, either Divine Being, God or Higher Self. Listen to this guidance and you will make it through the maze of life to the Promised Land. There is no right or wrong way home.

I AM

Greetings family! As I sit here thinking of what I would like to say for this segment, I am reminded by the author Neale Donald Walsch that it is our actions that define us. Not only am I who I say I am and think I am it is through my actions that I am defined. This is an interesting fact to consider. Do you like what you see? I mean as you look back over your life at all your accomplishments, are you happy with what you have demonstrated?

How often do you use the words “I am”? These are the words that Moses uses in the bible to describe God, “I Am That, I Am”. Powerful words, because they define us! Now the version that most bibles use does not have the comma and that is a sore oversight by the men who translated the original document. James Tywman pointed out in his book the “Moses Code” that the comma was missing so you can see how much that little detail changes the meaning of the phrase. No longer is it “God is that”, it becomes “I” am that as an individual, I am God. God is no longer outside us but within, through and as us! The way I use this is to point to something and say, “I am that, I am”. It matters not what you are pointing to, God is all there is. The way I look at this is if I am an aspect of God and God is all there is, then I must be all there is. When we say be “all that,” we mean it literally.

I am walking down the street pointing to a dog, “I am that, I am”, then to a tree, “I am that, I am”, etc. The feeling I get when I do this is one of inner-connectedness. Try it and see how you feel. It may seem strange at first but when you think about it and let the reality sink in the Truth reveals itself. We are all a part of the whole, and the whole is greater than the sum of its parts!

The ego or “little self” part of your mind is probably screaming at you about now and that is to be expected. So let’s go a little deeper. God is all there is and we are merely instruments! God works in us, through us and as us to express Divinity. While this may seem a tall order, it is something that you have been doing all your life, only now you are aware of it. Going back to the beginning of this blog I said that our actions define us, and so now you know who you are!

Slight of Mind

The actions you take are necessary as proof to yourself that it is not only possible but reality. The concept of reality is not as fixed as one would believe and because of this we are constantly testing reality. If it happens then it must be true is the mentality we use.

Have you ever been to a magic show? Is that reality? Does the rabbit really disappear from the hat? Of course it does, the question is where does it go? If reality was fixed could we even believe a trick like this? Don’t we have to know there is a possibility of the rabbit actually disappearing to make this trick work? Deep down we all know that this 3d world is an illusion.

A trigger is required for us to believe a certain event. Let’s take surgery for instance. Say a large benign tumor exists, can be seen on x-ray and with a large bulge in the skin. We wish this tumor to be gone. How do we make it go away? We go to a surgeon and he cuts it out. Why don’t we go to the magician to make it disappear? Belief, personal experience and precedent!

We need matching action of a believable nature to create the result we seek. The movies use this technique all the time. Two scenes are shot at different times and spliced together to give the appearance they happened in sequence. It is a trick for the mind! In fact movies are all about tricks, they are actually a series of images shown very quickly ~16 frames per second and appear to be moving…appearing real.

Surgery is the matching action, like in the movies, which allows the mind to perceive a miracle cure! When in reality it is done at a level beyond the mind. Reality exists beyond the mind and the mind is our lens to this world. Without the ego mind this world does not exist! This is why the mind needs proof, i.e. surgery to experience the healing. The Spirit does not need this trick, because it operates at the level of reality and knows there is no tumor at all. There never was, because in reality we are perfect beings of light/energy made in the image of God/Universal Intelligence/Great Spirit.

The magic trick diverts the attention while the appearance is manipulated, but in reality the rabbit does not even exist so anything that is done is perfectly believable. Now that we have this information, do we still need surgery to remove a tumor? Or make a rabbit disappear? This depends on your level of belief, and faith in reality!

Labels, Good or Bad?

The labels we speak of today are the ones we put on our identity and the identity of others. We are not discussing if it is a good idea to label our food with contents and source, although that is always a good idea in my humble opinion. Upon further reflection though maybe we are talking about all the labels we use whether they are for food, pets, neighbors, or house plants.

This world is obsessed with labeling everything!! Even “Good” or “Bad” are labels, so let’s begin by considering what label means. The meaning we discuss here is “to put in a certain class; classify.” (Dictionary.com) Consider the role labels play in Gender Identity and any identity really. What about roles and role playing?

Everyone plays roles and sometimes more than one at a time. Mother, Father, Child, Engineer, Doctor, Maid, Saint, Sinner, Biscuit eater! Roles and thus labels provide definition in life. Imagine an actor being asked to act without a script or a director. How would that movie turn out? It could be good, but most likely it would be confusing and you would not even watch. Life is a one person show!

You are the writer, director and actor! This means the labels you choose are personal. If you choose labels others can relate to then you will find popularity and acceptance, however if you choose labels others see as absurd then your experience will be very different. Have you ever seen a cat that acts like a dog? Following you around, fetching a ball, and chewing on shoes? I have and it is funny, although it also sends a message that labels always fall short on accuracy. Why? Because life is personal, and of your creation so each person will experience life differently.

Labels do serve to provide a point of reference and provide a suggested experience, but they do not determine the outcome, that is up to the individual. Try this exercise, go for a walk in the woods or anywhere really, and let go of your definitions of the world around you. Label nothing and instead find an object and become it by saying “I am that, I am”. The maple tree becomes you, and you become a maple tree. Feel the energy and imagine the processes going on inside you (just as you probably do with your human body). Feel the sap flowing, the sun energizing your leaves and the wind moving your branches! Labels suddenly lose their importance, and Spiritual essence takes over.

Yes, labels serve the purpose of defining life, but do you really want to have everything boxed up and neat? What about the joy of discovery? The surprise in finding a treasure you never knew existed! As my mom always told me, there is a time and place for everything. Be careful how you use labels.

Caring For Others

Living is a dynamic process and it is easy to get caught up in daily dramas and just staying busy. Transitions Blog is here to offer coping techniques in turbulent times. Attitude and your personal cosmology largely attribute to your experiences in life.

A “Polly Anna” does not necessarily have fewer problems than everyone else they just enjoy them more! Since life is about Joy and not struggle this seems like a good approach. Often though it is our family that teaches an approach which we adopt without even thinking about it. Once we realize that life is a choice we can begin choosing differently if we so choose.

Another aspect to life is that it has no meaning. Many people search their whole life trying to find something that does not exist! I tell you this not to depress you but to offer an alternative. By the way, it is the ego mind’s purpose to control your life by sending you on wild goose chases, so now that you know better, choose again!

Meaning is assigned by you! It is your duty to decide what has meaning in your life and act appropriately. Many Spiritual leaders have gone before us and offered their answer to this dilemma which I am sharing here today. Mother Teresa is famous for her work with the poor and infirm, Gandhi for his contributions of Peace to his people, and Martin Luther King for his demands for Equal Rights. Each of these leaders chose what was important to them and shared this with others. The binding theme here is caring for someone besides yourself. It does not have to be a whole country or even a whole community. It can be a family or even one person.

The greatest gift of being in a loving relationship is the opportunity to care for someone other than yourself. When you have children this purpose grows. Life no longer is about you, it becomes about them and you have a reason to live!

Having a family or even a partner is not required. Loving another human being is a gift that anyone can give. (This does not mean the other person must accept your love, by the way, so give to everyone.) It does not require money, health, or good looks. All that is required is making the choice and following through. There is no limit on how many people you can love as Gandhi, et al showed us. Do what feels right to you!

You will discover that depression, anxiety, and many other ailments disappear when you have a purpose greater than you to focus on. Of course you know that in order to be most effective you must face your personal issues along the way. Take care of you and then take care of others. This is not an excuse but it is an important consideration. Give what you need! If you are having health issues, help others in the process of healing yourself. If you have money problems then help others with their issues by volunteering with a charity. What you give you receive!!

Appearances Can Be Deceiving

Transition from male to female or vice versa is a drastic physical change and is often difficult not only for the person transitioning but for the entire family and if the person is famous then the entire community. The further removed this person is the easier it is to accept, however when it is a person you admire or even idolize it becomes a whole different story.

Why are things so difficult you may ask? Because each person has a concept of whom they think that person is. You know your brother, right? Or whatever role that person plays in your life, you think that is who this person is, but is that reality? If your brother becomes your sister or your father becomes your second mom does this lessen the relationship? How does this reflect on you?

The pride cometh before the fall! Maybe the biggest issue is that your ego is bruised from the whole affair. Someone in your family is different and this embarrasses you. You did not even know this person whom you were so close to and oh my goodness this could rub off on me! Does this mean I am queer too? A member of your “team” has fallen in your eyes… or have they?

Maybe what is amiss is the mistaken notion that families know each other better than the rest of the world knows them. Maybe everything happens for a reason and contains a gift for all involved. Maybe each person need be on the lookout for gifts and when drastic events such as one family member transitioning occur this is the greatest gift of all.

The lessons are many and are different for each person involved, however a few themes are “we are not our bodies, we are Spiritual Beings having a human experience, do not judge a book by its cover, and Love has no limits.” The human race is in a pivotal stage of evolution. The physical body is being surpassed by the mental and Spirit. It is a case of the jar no longer containing all the juice. The body no longer defines who we are (if it ever did).

Appearances can be deceiving! Just because someone looks big and strong, does this mean they are? Or maybe they are beautiful to the eye; does this mean they have depth of character and compassion? The saying, “do not judge a book by its cover” applies here. However just because you have read the book (think you know your brother) does not mean that someone else could not interpret the story differently.

Love has no limits! Unconditional Love is the only true Love! This means that no matter what this person does that you still Love them and accept them for who they believe themselves to be! It means you do not judge them for doing something you disagree with or goes against your moral values. It does not mean that you must join them! Pain comes from resistance and is often connected to ego; it is not Love!

So what is a person to do when it comes to family, friends or enemies? The spiritual teachings tell us to Love thy neighbor as thyself. See beyond the “cover” or physical body and perceive the soul, because when you see each person as a brilliant soul, child of God. The world changes… it becomes Heaven.

As Above So Below

As above so below; as below so above! What exactly does this mean? Why is it important? I have been thinking about this Universal Law of Correspondence and how it relates to Gender Transition. So let’s start with the first question, what exactly does this mean?

The Universal Law of Correspondence tells us there is “harmony, agreement and correspondence” between the physical, mental and spiritual realms. There is no separation since everything in the Universe, including you, originates from the One Source. The same pattern is expressed on all planes of existence from the smallest electron to the largest star and vice versa. All is One.

The why is this question important, is a no brainer! This is the essence of our being; the nature of our very existence! “It is possible that each of us is a function of what the whole cosmos is doing at a point called here and now. In effect, each of us IS the whole universe looking at itself through our eyes. The universe is conscious and self-aware, a.k.a. God, and this awareness and consciousness is within each of us. In other words, what happened to Jesus was NOT a unique experience that only happened to one man in all history and prehistory, but something that EACH of us can experience directly when we tune in to the consciousness that is the base of our existence.” (Watson, Chris 2007)

Just how this quote (As above so below; as below so above) relates to gender transition is the meat of this blog. As always I would love to hear your take on how this relates to gender transition. Here is my take on it. We are experiencing an enlightenment on the scale of Jesus, Buddha, Babaji and many others. We are realizing that gender is a human construct and simply does not exist at higher frequencies of existence. It is necessary in this world to facilitate propagation and fully experience the duality of this world. Gender supplies balance in a world that requires it, but is rarely in balance.

You may remember me saying, I am a Spiritual Being having a human experience. This explains this law quite succinctly and adds profound meaning to the saying, as above so below. This means that here in the below world we are coming into realization of the Oneness with above. As we do this we experience enlightenment! I am one with my creator, and in fact I am my creator experiencing a unique aspect of myself, known to me as (insert name).

Gender transition is me knowing myself as more than a simple body, singular dimension, limited animal in a cruel world. Everyone in this world is experiencing the opposite of who they really are! As we awaken to the Truth we are set free! Each person awakens in their own way experiencing life from a unique perspective.

The physical changes experienced in this world do manifest in the higher frequency realms because we are all connected in Oneness. Seeing the perfection in this is my goal. What I do in this world impacts my evolution in many dimensions, just as what I do there affects me here! I am BOTH male & female and Neither! Love is the answer.

Transgender and beyond

It is time we revisited Transgender, Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation so that everyone understands the meaning of certain words and concepts. The Unitarian Universalist Church as a wonderful site (beside my own site of course) that gives a good overview of these principles, so please visit by clicking here after you have read this blog of course, lol.

First and foremost it is important to understand that gender and sex are different things and have multiple meanings. Gender is your self-concept of who you are man, woman, transgender, androgynous or other. Each individual is born with this, but is not aware of it till the ages of 3-6. If a discrepancy is perceived then this awareness is often suppressed or denied in order to fit in. I pray this is changing and from what I have observed it is. Children are coming out and telling their parents who are actually respecting their concerns. Cisgender is a term that describes “people who are not trans or gender variant—in other words, those whose gender identities, presentations, and behavior “match” (according to the gender binary) the sex they were assigned at birth.” (UUA.org)

Transgender and/or Trans is a person appearing or attempting to be a member of the opposite sex, such as a transsexual or habitual crossdresser. This term is often as an umbrella term to include the entire community of individuals who cross gender boundaries on a consistent basis. For more on terminology I cover it extensively at this link.

Sexual Orientation is also hard wired at birth and does not change, although many people now days are bisexual or pansexual meaning they are open to the individuals personality and not so concerned with physical sex. A homosexual is attracted to their own sex and will not consider being with the opposite sex, just as a heterosexual is only interested in the opposite sex. With Transgender individuals these definitions get blurry, so it is up to the individual to identify. Make no assumptions because each person is different and may change their mind from time to time, especially if they are young and exploring. The term sex can also mean physical or biological sex.

The traits of the Aquarian Age person is that of being bisexual and androgynous which explains much of the trans-revolution we are experiencing today! We are moving from the end of the Piscean era to the new era of Aquarian! I have spoken of this in other blogs and find that this explains much of what I have been experiencing. I have decided not to get too drastic with my transition because I can see the bigger picture! I am exactly the person I was meant to be straight from birth!

Does this mean I was not to transition? Of course not! That is the purpose of these times and my life is a mirror of the greater whole just as your life is! All I am saying is I have chosen not to have sex change surgery. Your path is up to you and if you have questions I am happy to assist! Illusions

We discussed a few days ago “Being in the world, but not of it” which applies directly to the topic today. I recommend watching a few movies to get a good idea of what I speak. Here is a list of movies that explain reality “What the Bleep do we know”, “Leap!”, What Dreams May Come” and many more. The book “Disappearance of the Universe” is another great source of info. (See this Link) Now that you have an idea of the Illusion I speak, let us move on.

Here is the best video I could find on 2012 Galactic Alignment and what it means. There is much information out there now and from several different perspectives so it is good to explore this so you get a good feel for what is to come. Another movie that is a must see is The Quickening – about the changes related to 2012 explaining the Mayan Calendar in terms that apply to everyone today.

Understand that what you believe is what you will experience or some facsimile of it. Personally I am looking forward to the Astrological events in the coming days. It is also important to understand that we are experiencing the shift right now and it will continue on till 2015 or later. The Age of Aquarius is not supposed to appear until 2060 or so. The important part of all these predictions is simply this. (I do hope you have fun with 2012, not taking it too seriously)

God operates through each of us and as we think, speak, and do, reality is created. The thoughts and ideas you embrace, think about and believe are the ones you experience. What happens exactly remains to be seen, but you can be assured that if you enter into this time with fear in your heart it will not be pleasant. On the other hand if you see a new age filled with Joy, Harmony, and Oneness then we all will experience Heaven on Earth. I cannot over emphasize the importance of staying positive and focusing on your inner desires. Envision the future you wish to experience and start walking in that direction. Do things you believe will take you there. Do not get side tracked with the illusion that the world is in chaos, people are suffering, or massive earth changes will destroy all life on earth. It is all an Illusion created by fear and false Gods.

The point I wish to make here is this, we are a small portion of the greater whole and are being swept along by forces far greater than we can even imagine. All of life is a representation of Divine Consciousness and your experience of it. Your thoughts, words and actions are what propel you through this ocean of energy. The coming days, including today are significant as your awareness broadens and you understand more deeply the Cosmic forces guiding your path. It is all Good!

The New World Order

Daily jobs are very important to the workings of society, and our economic system is being rewritten out of necessity. It no longer sustains us. Jobs are changing accordingly. New jobs are sprouting up like daisies while many old jobs are becoming obsolete. The number of Americans who are self employed or working contract is sky rocketing. We have seen this phenomena portrayed in movies such as “Robots” and others where technology takes over certain jobs creating other jobs in new fields such as machine maintenance and computer programming. Corporations that thrive are the ones who embrace change and forge a niche for themselves in the new world, much as our founding fathers did when they came to this country some five centuries ago.

Many people believe that they came to find religious freedom and that was a small part of it, but mostly it was the corporations of Europe, mostly England who were looking for growth possibilities. They found them at the expense of the native peoples of America and many other countries around the globe. This transition was indeed bloody and painful for all involved, but I believe that nothing happens without our consent on some level.

The native people did not realize they had given consent for this kind of growth, but on a Spiritual level they knew. It was part of the growth of consciousness which is inevitable. So do not feel bad for either side in history because what was meant to be will be. I hold the Native Americans in great esteem for the honor and wisdom in which they live life. The same goes for the natives of Africa and Australia and all the other players we have in the world, they are all part of the larger expansion in human consciousness.

The role of the frequency holder, light worker, or peacemaker is to see beyond “reality” which is really illusion and hold a vision of peace, harmony and oneness (Divine Truth) out for all to see! As we live the life of our dreams to the ideals we envision, and others do the same this realization of Truth or expansion of Human Consciousness reaches a tipping point, and the whole world transforms.

Art of Detachment

The art of detachment is a Buddhist teaching which also has its Christian counterpart. Jesus teaches this and likely learned it from the Buddhist teachers he had. It works like this; be in the world but not of it. What this means is to fully experience life and at the same time release any attachment you have to it. Please see the blog of Jan. 26, 2011 for a previous explanation of The Art of Detachment. From this point on I would like to provide other perspectives so the picture becomes clearer.

Live fully and completely without being attached to the outcome. Accept what you have as a gift and make the most of it! Once you have experienced this know that you can experience anything you desire. Do you see how living with passion can bring vitality to life? If not you soon will.

“Detachment means rising above the status quo, without passing judgment, and watching the drama unfold without becoming physically or emotionally involved. Detachment doesn’t mean burying your head in the sand so that you need not watch the action as it unfolds; it means, being there, observing from an objective space, and remembering who you are, a spiritual being watching the drama of polarization reach its climax and fail so that a new paradigm of victory can be birthed by those of us who refuse to buy into a perpetual game of winners and losers. Detachment addresses the need of the spiritually inclined to remove oneself from the chaos while observing and learning valuable lessons about this temporary physical existence. … But remember, we are spiritual beings having a human experience and not the other way around. So we can remove ourselves from the drama when we’ve learned all we need to know about polarization and separation. When we finally realize who we really are, and how we are all equally part of the same creative manifestation, we will finally learn the fine art of detachment and the truth behind our cosmic ancestry and oneness.” (Dawn Abel, 2002)

The key is to tap into your desire and experience it fully, and once experienced you release it and move to the next. Here is a different view of Detachment that provides a deeper insight to its value and use.

“Detachment not only releases joy; it is also the secret of health. It is the best medical insurance in the world, and not only because it can keep us free from physical habits that sap our vitality. Most illness has a serious emotional element. While there is an important place for physical measures in the treatment of disease, a mind at peace and a heart flooded with love can release healing powers that strengthen and revitalize the physical system. Strength can be regained even after years of emotional instability. In extreme cases, I believe, recovery can be brought about even from what seems a terminal illness.

Today, of course, it is widely appreciated that because of advances in medical knowledge, we can expect to live much longer than was reasonable at the beginning of the twentieth century. But we can lead lives that are not only longer but richer, more loving, and more productive. The next steps in stretching the limits of human health and longevity, I believe, will not be in biotechnology. They will come from learning to govern the way we think and feel. Detachment is a longevity skill. Freedom from compulsive emotional entanglements is the best insurance against stress. More than that, by opening a window onto a fuller, loftier view of life than that dictated by self-interest, detachment brings a sense of purpose. Without a reason for living, the human being withers and dies inside. However paradoxical it may sound, it is detachment that enables us to give ourselves wholeheartedly to worthwhile work without ever getting depressed, despondent, or burned out – right into the last days of our lives.” (The Blue Mountain Center of Meditation)

I wish I could describe the feeling of Joy that comes from detachment, but I will just say “Give it a go – put this to the test”! Love your partner, family, pet, job, home, etc. completely without being attached to any outcomes such as living the next 20 years together, being happy, or even being healthy. They could be hit by a car tomorrow and become paraplegic or even die! I have certainly seen this happen more times than I would of liked. I have also seen people who had this experience and made their lives into celebrations! Taking the lemons you are given and making lemonade is one of the most satisfying things you will ever do!

The Law of Attraction Exposed

Contrast is what brings Joy into our lives yet we still seek connection in those we meet. What is this “sameness” we are looking for? Why is it that we are repulsed by those individuals who are different than us? When picking friends why is it we choose who we do? These questions are all related and the answer is simple, you may have already guessed it.

In regard to picking friends and being attracted to certain people over others it is a simple Universal Law, The Law of Attraction which states, “Like attracts Like”. This is the same law that created our planet, the galaxy, and all that you know. It is the same law that draws to you everything in your life. You have a vibrational frequency which resonates an energy signature. This energy attracts or repels everything in your life. Thoughts are energy and vibrate just as you do and when certain thoughts or energy vibrations are claimed those things are attracted into your life. That is why I say all thoughts and words are prayers. Focus on what you desire!

Imagine the Big Bang! Millions of particles are expanding outward and those which are alike are drawn together, slowly they form suns, planets and moons. The Universe is still expanding outward and particles are still being drawn together, except now we are conscious of this process. We are the observers who are witnessing our own creation!

Bringing this analogy back to earth, our relationships are no different in that we are attracting and repulsing all the time based on our thoughts, words and actions which reflect our vibrational frequency. Ever walked into a room where two people have been arguing and they are still mad? This is the energy of repulsion. Or if you are with two people in Love it is so easy to feel the attraction they have for each other. Of course being the one in Love is what we are all seeking where we are drawn to our partner in such a way as Joy flows with every heart beat! Remember like attracts like, so be the person you desire! Yes, that means just what it says; you are attracting people who are like you!

Contrast brings Joy to us and it is sameness or connection we seek so how can you have both? Simply by looking at things with the eyes of your Father or to say that another way, see the Christ in every person you meet! We are all the same in this way. We are each a child of Christ, born of the same star-stuff and yet vibrating with unique energy. When I say Jesus walks beside me take that literally, because each person I meet is the Christ!

To see that spark in another is one of the greatest gifts there is. Next time you feel yourself drawn to another person or thing, it is because they match your energy vibration, or at least compliment you. Understanding the dynamics of energy opens so many doors and simply makes life easier and more enjoyable. Law of Mentalism Revisited

We have arrived at the beginning – the First Immutable Universal Law of Mentalism. The First Universal Law is first because understanding this Law opens the door to the other seven. I am not talking about the Law of Attraction here because it is basic to all laws weaving them together. I have dedicated several blog posts to the Law of Attraction and will again. Let us move on to our discussion for today.

“Of the seven Universal Laws, the first three are immutable, eternal Laws, meaning they are Absolute and can never be changed or transcended. They have always existed and will always exist. The other four laws are transitory, mutable Laws meaning that they can be transcended or at least “better used” to create your ideal reality. This is not to say that you should ignore these four Laws or attempt to defy them for even if you do they will still govern your existence. Your aim is to master each of the seven Universal Laws and only then learn to transcend the mutable ones.

The Law of Mentalism: “The All is Mind – The Universe is Mental”. The first of the Universal Laws tells us that “All is Mind”. That everything we see and experience in our physical world has its origin in the invisible, mental realm. It tells us that there is a single Universal Consciousness – the Universal Mind – from which all things manifest. All energy and matter at all levels is created by and is subordinate to the Omnipresent Universal Mind. Your mind is part of the Universal Mind – the same in kind with the only difference being one of degree. Your reality is a manifestation of your mind. This is true Mind Power.” (Kotsos 2011)

Sooo…, What do you think? (That is meant as a pun, giggles ;- ) Consider this quote by Ernest Holmes, the author of Science of Mind. “There is but one Mind, the Mind of God, and that Mind is my Mind Now.” It is hard to believe that God could be thinking some of the things I have been thinking, especially in my adolescence; however, I will not get into the ego mind vs. the God Mind in this blog because we have covered that before (write to me if you would like to know more). The power of this Universal Law is that by careful attention and diligent weeding you can change your thoughts to align with your desires. The Universal Mind can also be shifted in your perception so that you experience your desires, although ultimately all desires are the same; to know God. Even the desire to wipe God from your Mind results in knowing God! We are all God – Godding!

Law of Correspondence Revisited

The power in this immutable Law of the Universe cannot be understated. Once you understand this Law fully everything in your life will transform for the better. It is not hard either, however it does take time to see this Law in action and therefore understand it fully. The first step is to state this Second Universal Law and contemplate its meaning.

The Law of Correspondence: “As above, so below; as below, so above”. This Law tells us there is “harmony, agreement and correspondence” between the physical, mental and spiritual realms. There is no separation since everything in the Universe, including you, originates from the One Source. The same pattern is expressed on all planes of existence from the smallest electron to the largest star and vice versa. All is One. The Ancient Greek Temple of Apollo at Delphi was referring to this great Law of Correspondence in the inscription “Know thyself and thou shalt know all the mysteries of the gods and the Universe”. (Kotsos 2011)

We are One! When you hear the statement God is all there is, this pretty much sums it up, but as simple as it is, it can be very difficult to conceptualize. Stop what you are doing or thinking at this time and contemplate that “We are all One”. This means that everything is connected and working together even though the opposite may appear sometimes. In fact your opposite is a part of you too. The significance of this is that what you see around you, what is happening to you and what is happening inside you are all a part of YOU. Each aspect of your being is connected, your thoughts, your body, and your spirit are always in communication and when your mind is open you can be aware of this fact.

The Spirit has a larger view than the mental or physical aspects of your being so it is generally a good idea to be aware of the Spirit and follow its guidance. Since we are all one this guidance in effect is God. I have written about this many times before, so please understand that if God is all there is; then you are God, even if this is a small aspect of God. As stated above the same pattern is expressed on all planes of existence. A hologram is an image that reflects in 3D while containing the whole. The One Source is reflected in all things at all levels. When you start looking for patterns repeated on different levels it is amazing what reveals itself. For instance, each cell in your body is alive, take the cell out of the body and it will continue living. Within the cells are organs which are alive they are smaller patterns of the larger whole. You are the larger whole. Each person on earth makes up a collective human race like cells in the body of Gaia. The solar system is made up of bodies called planets, and galaxies are made up of bodies called solar systems….

If you put a mirror in front of a mirror you see the pattern repeated as far as the eye can see. This is what the holographic effect is. This is what the One Source has done. Everything in the Universe is a reflection of God. So, the next time you get angry with your brother for taking something that belonged to you, ask yourself, if we are one, who really owns that something? Is it really gone if we are all One? When you give a present to your best friend, aren’t you giving that gift to yourself? Since we are all One! Maybe you can see the significance of this Universal Law, so now go out and test it, look for it and experience it. Oneness is profound, almost beyond belief!!

Law of Rhythm Revisited

Today’ blog is all about the 5^th of 7 Universal Law. These laws govern everything in the Universe. This law falls in the category of mutable, meaning that it is possible to rise above this law. Remember that when you are aware of the laws and how they work then you can make use of them. Otherwise you are stumbling through the dark.

“The Law of Rhythm: “Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates.” The second of the mutable Universal Laws tells us that the pendulum swings in everything. This principle can be seen in operation in the waves of the ocean, in the rise and fall of the greatest empires, in business cycles, in the swaying of your thoughts from being positive to negative and in your personal successes and failures. In accordance with this Law, when anything reaches a point of culmination then the backward swing begins almost unnoticeably until such time that any forward movement has been totally reversed, then the forward movement begins again and the process is repeated.

Rising Above the Law of Rhythm: To transcend the swing of the pendulum you must become aware of the subtle start of the backward movement in any of your endeavours whether it be to improve your health, your finances, your relationships or any goal you may set in motion. When you feel the Law start to draw you back do not become fearful or discouraged. Instead, knowing that you are one with the Omnipotent Universal Mind for which nothing is impossible, keep your thoughts focused on your outcome and fight to remain positive no matter how far back this transitory Law pulls you. Even if your efforts meet with failure, find comfort that by virtue of this very same Law, the upward motion must start again. In time your perseverance will be rewarded as the backward movements become weaker and eventually disappear.” (Kotsos 2011)

Like waves on the beach we all have our ups and downs. When you get into this rhythm and go with the flow life is far easier. Constantly swimming against the current is not only exhausting it is fruitless also. Enjoy the bountiful times, and hold on during the sparse times. It is like beginnings and endings, one leads into the other.

The way you use this in your transition is to always stay positive. No matter what things appear to be like they will soon change. I have traveled all over the USA and there is a saying that each community says no matter where I am. “If you don’t like the weather, just wait a minute!” I laugh because it is the same no matter where I go. This is the Law of Rhythm.

Law of Cause and Effect Revisited

The sixth Universal Law – “The Law of Cause and Effect: “Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its Cause.” In accordance with this Law, every effect you see in your outside or physical world has a very specific cause which has its origin in your inner or mental world. This is the essence of thought power. Every one of your thoughts, words or actions sets a specific effect in motion which will come to materialize over time. To become the master of your destiny, you must master your mind for everything in your reality is a mental creation. Know that there is nothing like chance or luck. They are simply terms used by humanity in ignorance of this Law.

Your Desires are Instantly Created: The Law of Cause and Effect applies on all three planes of existence – the spiritual, the mental and the physical. The difference is that on the spiritual plane cause and effect are instantaneous such that they appear inseparable, whereas on the other planes our concept of time and space creates a time lag between the cause and the eventual effect. Know that when you focus on your goals and desires using creative visualization that which you wish to create in the physical world is automatically manifested in the spiritual world, and with perseverance, practice and continued concentrated thought, it will also come to materialize in the physical world.” (Kotsos 2011)

I trust that you can see the value in this 6^th Universal Law. Transitions blog has discussed creative visualization several times and it also talks about mind power or the power of thought. Carrying those discussions forward we now see why the mind has so much power. Cause and Effect can be as simple as dropping a stone (cause) and experiencing the stone falling to the ground (effect). The effect of gravity is an effect because your mind is so fundamentally structured around this effect that it is creating at any hint of cause. So it is not universal law that we have gravity here on earth, it is a universal law that we have cause and effect with which our minds have created Gravity. We could not live here without it. Thus here is your cause. We have gravity because we need it to survive! (Without gravity everything on earth would float off) At some level we need to trust what our minds create for us with this caveat, “All that I see, feel, taste, and otherwise experience are in the Highest and Best Good of me, my community, and the Everyone Everywhere”. Without this caveat the ego mind sends experiences that ensure its (not yours) survival and most of these are contrary to the above statement.

Now that you know that every prayer is answered all you need do is stay focused on that prayer and know in your heart that all is well. Use creative visualization to guide your life using your highest desires. The Universe cares not what you create, but you do! Whatever you are experiencing now is something that you have created either consciously or unconsciously. Depending on where you are in your level of awareness, it may seem like things are happening to you and that other people or things caused them. You are the source of your life – all you experience is effect! Understand the Law of Cause and Effect so that you can move forward in your Journey of Love!

Honest, Responsible and True

Today’s Transition Blog considers the words Truth, Responsible, and Honest. Noble words to be sure, but what do they really mean? How do they fit into your life, or to reverse that, how do you fit into the definition of these words? Let us look deeper to get a better feel for these words and the importance they play in everyone’s life.

“Hon·est:

1. Honorable in principles, intentions, and actions; upright and fair: an honest person.

2. Showing uprightness and fairness: honest dealings.

3. Gained or obtained fairly: honest wealth.

4. Sincere; frank: an honest face.

5. Genuine or unadulterated: honest commodities.” (Dictionary.com)

So who embodies these qualities? Do you? Every day in everything you do the opportunity to embody these traits exists, so you make this decision, albeit unconsciously most of the time, to be honest or not. Consider how these actions define you and who they impact the most. It certainly affects those you are dealing with, but more importantly how does it affect you? Honesty is essential to self respect and self worth. Being honorable is an act done for the self and that benefit then flows out to all those involved!

“Re·spon·si·ble:

1. Answerable or accountable, as for something within one’s power, control, or management (often followed by to or for): He is responsible to the president for his decisions.

2. Involving accountability or responsibility: a responsible position.

3. Chargeable with being the author, cause, or occasion of something (usually followed by for): Termites were responsible for the damage.

4. Having a capacity for moral decisions and therefore accountable; capable of rational thought or action: The defendant is not responsible for his actions.” (Dictonary.com)

This is a profound word that touches life everyday in some way. Look closely at these meanings and consider how they impact your life. Have you ever attempted to avoid responsibility? Do you hold yourself accountable for your actions? Do you realize that you are the author of your life? Simply knowing this is a step toward responsibility. We are all capable for rational thought and action, so there is no excuse for denying responsibility!

“Truth:

1. The true or actual state of a matter: He tried to find out the truth.

2. Conformity with fact or reality; verity: the truth of a statement.

3. A verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like: mathematical truths.

4. The state or character of being true.

5. Actuality or actual existence.” (Dictionary.com)

This word is the sum total of all other words. It is what is left after all else is removed. This is a very elusive word and experience. In the world of duality Truth seems to shift constantly so that attaining total Truth is almost impossible. It is however the goal. The goal we all aspire to! It is possible Truth is only found after death, but even this is not Truth. Death does not exist! Please understand that most of what you experience in this world is other than Truth, Responsibility, and Honesty!

I aspire to these ideals daily and sometimes I even get close! It is a constant vigil, one that I accept with pride and joy. I bless you on your Journey of Love, may you find the Truth, Responsibility and Honesty you seek!

All I Ask

Just to clarify, I am calling for the end of all borders, release of the concept of land ownership, religions to let go of any dogma, wall street and the like to be shut down all over the world, and the large organized governments dissolved. The people are free to make their own decisions and create community where they live which is fully by the people and for the people. High value is placed on integrity, authenticity, and mutual cooperation. The concept of Oneness is embraced by every person on earth. Gaia is one being and each of us is a part of the whole. Peace, Perfection and Wholeness are now the rule; there is no need for exception as we have experienced that and see beyond it!

Borders have gone away. We no longer need to define borders as they will shift with the times. The land itself has energy and the people of that land will define it. That space is honored and respected for what it is. Recognized for its inherent value, it will shift and change over time, frequently at first, but eventually becoming constant and harmonious.

Land ownership is absolved. The land belongs to Gaia and cannot be owned, just as any person cannot be owned. It is wrong to enslave people so we will not enslave the earth! Respectful and Grateful ceremony surrounds all use of the land which is taught our children from birth. We learn to work in harmony with the creatures of earth and to use Gaia’s resources with respect and gratitude. All food is raised with loving intent including animals, insects, sea life and the plants. Processing food now means we bless the food and prepare it with care and love. Gaia comes first!

The process of shifting away from ownership is slow, so the house is still owned and so are the objects within, but with an attitude of responsibility and honor. These things serve our needs and are shared freely. If someone needs a roof to protect them for a night, doors open freely and space is shared with respect because all understand the concept of Oneness. What is done on someone else is done to you, and we have evolved to feel it also. If your fellow man is hurt you feel it, if they are Joyous you feel it, these are capabilities innate to our being but have been shut down in the past. No longer do we forgo this gift!

Religions open their doors to everyone and no longer teach separation. The ceremony is preserved but interpreted to reflect Oneness and that particular religions take on it. Other beliefs are respected and not only tolerated but embraced. Many religions merge over time and many are now the few, all with Oneness as their core. Love is taught in churches, schools and in the home. There is no stronger force in the Universe.

Wall Street is shut down because it serves the few and not the many. The financial markets are dissolved as money becomes less and less important in the daily functioning of life. All money is backed by a finite source such as gold, silver or platinum. As such this money is of Gaia and is no longer used as a means of power and control. It is simply a tool to facilitate trade and honor those you love.

Large governments are no longer needed so they are dissolved. The people take responsibility for their own lives and form communities to support one another. Government is truly by the people and for the people – all people equally. Difference is respected and seen as one aspect of the whole. It is our similarities which bind us, but our differences are the sauce that adds value. Just as each cell in the body has a purpose and role to play, so does each person, creature and thing on Earth (Gaia).

Man made laws are no longer necessary because we realize that Oneness precludes law. Each person understands their connection to the whole and to do harm is unthinkable. If it does occur we realize that punishment is inherent in the system, so individuals are not responsible for this. Universal Law operates without any governance and is taught in all churches, schools and homes. It is woven into every story and demonstrated by our very lives. Universal Law is our source. Oneness is its expression.
